The inspection targets are construction sites commissioned by the province and its affiliated organizations, including four locations: the Dobongsan~Okjeong Metropolitan Railroad (Sections 1 and 3), Guuncheon (Namyangju), and Heukcheon (Yangpyeong). In this round of inspections, Gyeonggi Province presented 132 corrective and recommended actions, of which 125 have been completed. For the remaining 7 recommendations, the province will determine whether to implement them after considering the conditions at each site.

In particular, for railroad construction sites where there is a high risk of ground subsidence due to excavation work, joint inspections were carried out with the "Gyeonggi Province Underground Safety Guardians" to closely examine the ground conditions.

Kang Seongsup, Director of Construction at Gyeonggi Province, stated, "We plan to continue intensive on-site inspections by the Residents' Supervision Group to prevent serious accidents and safety incidents, such as construction worker fatalities." He added, "Through these on-site inspections, we will enhance the level of safety and quality management at construction sites and work to prevent unexpected accidents."
