LG Electronics Launches 2nd Class of Ambassadors to Promote Brand Value with Customers

Ambassador Class 2 Selected with a 55-to-1 Competition Rate, 50 Members Chosen
Activities Divided into Gen Z, Idea Lab, and Lifestyle Teams
Mega Influencers and First Class Mentors Join to Enhance Content Quality

LG Electronics has launched the 2nd class of 'LG Electronics Ambassadors,' a group of devoted fans who help communicate the brand's values.


On the 26th, LG Electronics held an inauguration ceremony at Anderson C Seongsu in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, selecting the final 50 ambassadors from a pool of applicants with a 55-to-1 competition rate. This is more than double the competition rate of the first class last year, which was 21-to-1. The selected ambassadors represent a wide range of ages from their 20s to their 40s and will participate in activities for approximately three months.

The LG Electronics Ambassadors are a group of customer creators who produce video content based on their experiences using LG products and services, thereby communicating the value of 'Better Life for Everyone.'


This year, the ambassadors will be divided into three teams: Gen Z Team, Idea Lab Team, and Lifestyle Team, with each team creating content tailored to its unique characteristics. Mega influencers such as Eomjirella, Junppangjogyo, and Enjoy Couple will serve as team leaders to support the activities, while ambassadors from the first class will participate as mentors to help improve the quality of the content.


LG Electronics will provide each participant with support funds worth approximately 1.8 million KRW, and after the program ends, outstanding participants will be awarded membership points for the online brand shop.


Jung Sujin, Head of Brand Communication at LG Electronics, said, "We hope that the value of 'Better Life for Everyone' will be conveyed with authenticity through experiences shared directly by our customers," and added, "We will continue to listen to our customers' voices and strive to grow together as a brand."


Meanwhile, LG Electronics currently operates a total of eight online communities, including 'Jammy,' a community for sharing product experiences, and 'Lifezip,' a home lifestyle community. The company is also running various programs such as 'LG Crew' and the 'ESG University Student Academy' to engage with the YG generation.
