Signs of Hiring Corruption Detected
The police have detected signs of hiring-related corruption at the Jeonnam Tourism Foundation and have launched a full-scale investigation.
The Anti-Corruption Investigation Unit 1 of the Jeonnam Provincial Police Agency sent investigators to the office of a senior official at the Jeonnam Tourism Foundation on April 24, executing a search and seizure warrant and securing documents related to recruitment.
The police plan to analyze the seized materials, review the entire hiring process, and then summon officials from the foundation for questioning.
