Specialized Design Showcasing Secured Han River Views
HDC Hyundai Development Company has finalized the name of the Yongsan Maintenance Depot Front Area 1 project as 'THE LINE 330.' The company also unveiled a specialized floor plan design that allows all association members to enjoy views of the Han River.
'THE LINE 330' is a brand that represents the nation's longest 330-meter skyline community, connecting ultra-high-rise towers within the complex along the Han River.
The Skyline Bridge is a horizontal community space that connects the entire complex at a height of 74.5 meters above ground. Along with the 'Highline Community,' which offers 360-degree views at a height of 115 meters above ground, the project embodies the philosophy of providing differentiated Han River views and establishing a new landmark in Seoul.
HDC Hyundai Development Company has also revealed a bold floor plan design that enables 100% of association members to enjoy Han River views. By placing 600 units?an increase of 76 units compared to the original association plan of 524 units?above the 74.5-meter-high skyline community, the river view effect has been maximized.
HDC Hyundai Development Company has arranged 9 buildings, 3 fewer than the 12 buildings in the original association plan. This configuration eliminates inter-building obstructions and secures a spacious central plaza within the complex, ensuring unobstructed Han River views.
The interior features a premium, view-oriented design, including view-facing bathrooms, master bedrooms and living rooms with two open sides, panoramic windows, and versatile 'Beyond Lounges.' These elements provide a residential experience that brings the Han River into daily life.
HDC Hyundai Development Company has also introduced seven penthouse units, which were not included in the original association plan. These top-tier residences offer simultaneous views of both downtown Seoul and the Han River, combining symbolic significance with asset value.
A representative from HDC Hyundai Development Company stated, "'THE LINE 330' is not simply the name of a complex, but a symbolic brand that encompasses Han River views, a skyline community, and a premium residential culture. In particular, through differentiated floor plan designs such as 100% Han River views for association members, we aim to present a truly luxurious residential model where all members can enjoy the same premium in the heart of Seoul."
The redevelopment of Yongsan Maintenance Depot Front Area 1 is a project located at 40-641 Hangangno 3-ga, Yongsan-gu, involving the construction of 12 buildings ranging from 6 underground to 38 above-ground floors. The project will include 777 apartment units, 894 officetel units, as well as retail, neighborhood living, and office facilities. The association plans to operate a promotional center and hold a joint briefing session next month, with a general meeting scheduled for mid-June to finalize the selection of the construction company.
