During the training, Na Yusun, Head of the Hygiene Department, personally provided explanations of food hygiene regulations, outlined policy directions, and conducted personal hygiene education related to foodborne illness prevention, making it a highly informative session.
The hygiene training for existing business owners is a statutory requirement under the Food Sanitation Act, mandating three hours of hygiene education each year. Failure to complete this training results in a fine of 200,000 won, so business owners are urged to pay particular attention.
Na Yusun, Head of the Hygiene Department, stated, "I hope this training will improve the hygiene management standards of entertainment establishment operators and greatly assist them in complying with the Food Sanitation Act."
