The 'Anyone Shelter' is a shared rest space designed for industrial complex workers to use freely. It has been set up in the lobby on the first floor of the welfare center, covering an area of 115 square meters. In addition to amenities such as an electronic blood pressure monitor, refrigerator, and coffee vending machine, the shelter also features a communication area and individual rest spaces.

The city also installed an elevator inside the welfare center to improve accessibility for people with disabilities and other individuals with mobility challenges. The installation of the elevator was funded by a special adjustment grant of 230 million won from Gyeonggi Province.

Lee Mingeun, mayor of Ansan, stated, "We have established this shelter to guarantee rest rights for workers who are quietly dedicated at the forefront of industrial sites," adding, "We will continue to improve the welfare environment for both workers and citizens in the future."
