Daejeon Technopark announced that it is recruiting 58 companies to participate in the 2025 Daejeon Regional Company Growth Ladder Support Project until May 2, 2025.

This project is a policy initiative jointly carried out by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Daejeon City, and the Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs, providing companies with customized support according to their stage of growth.

Daejeon Technopark classifies companies' growth stages into seven categories: Post-BI companies, niche companies, preliminary leading (star) companies, innovation-leading companies, ultra-wide area leading companies, export companies, and investment ecosystem creation. It supports 24 detailed programs tailored to these categories.

Eligible applicants are small and medium-sized enterprises in Daejeon's key industries, such as precision medical biohealth, logistics and defense service robots, and nano semiconductors.

Details on how to apply can be found on the Daejeon Technopark website or the corporate support project management system (SMTECH).

Kim Wooyeon, President of Daejeon Technopark, said, "With systematic support tailored to each stage of corporate growth, companies that participated in last year's Growth Ladder Support Project have achieved excellent results. We will continue to provide customized support by growth stage so that local companies can grow into global enterprises."

Meanwhile, companies that participated in last year's Daejeon Regional Company Growth Ladder Support Project achieved 37.9 billion won in commercialization sales, 8.05 billion won in exports, 113.3 billion won in investment attraction, and created 440 new jobs during the support period.
