On April 24, Genome & Company announced that it has decided to raise approximately 27.1 billion KRW through a third-party allotment capital increase, including funds for acquiring securities of other corporations. A total of 8,946,866 new shares (other shares) will be issued at 3,025 KRW per share. The third-party allotment recipients include Korea Investment Bio Global Fund (1,195,642 shares) and SV Scale-up Fund (996,328 shares), among others. The company stated that the purpose of the third-party allotment capital increase is "to raise funds to achieve the company's business objectives."
