Seohan Signs 88.2 Billion KRW Contract for "Daegu Daemyeong Street Housing Redevelopment Project"

On April 24, Seohan announced that it had signed a contract for the "Daegu Daemyeong LH Participatory Street Housing Redevelopment Project" worth 88.2 billion KRW. This amount is equivalent to 11.77% of its recent sales. The contract period is from July 30, 2025, to February 17, 2028.
