This workshop was organized to improve the officers' understanding of the project and strengthen their competencies, especially in light of this year's personnel changes at each institution. The program included: a special lecture by experts (Understanding and Future Direction of the Education Development Special Zone Project by Professor Jeon Jesang of Gongju National University of Education, and Performance Management Strategy by Professor Heo Ju of Gongju National University of Education); presentations on the current status and unique projects of each pilot area; and a session to share challenges encountered during operations and explore possible solutions.
