Jeju Air Offers In-Flight Meal and Air Cafe Discounts... Duty-Free Items at Fixed Exchange Rate of 1,390 Won

Discount Events for Family Month in May

Jeju Air announced on April 24 that it will hold in-flight meal and Air Cafe discount events in celebration of Family Month in May.

First, the airline will offer a 4,000 won discount on the Family Set in-flight meal until May 31. Pre-ordered in-flight meals can be purchased on all international routes operated by Jeju Air. Customers can place orders on the Jeju Air website, mobile application, or web page up to 72 hours before departure (24 hours for some menu items).

For Air Cafe, Sanrio Characters special items will be available at up to 38% off (for domestic flights), and ready-to-eat meal sets will be discounted by up to 33% (for international flights). Gongjinbo and massage appliances can be ordered in-flight at discounts of up to 88% and 53%, respectively, and delivered to the desired location. Air Cafe recorded its highest-ever annual sales last year at 11.4 billion won, a 28.1% increase compared to the previous year's 8.9 billion won.

Jeju Air also operates an in-flight duty-free service with a fixed exchange rate. In May, duty-free items can be purchased at an exchange rate of 1,390 won, which is 57 won lower than the previous month's average rate of 1,447 won. Until the end of next month, customers can enjoy up to 40% off on alcoholic beverages and up to 10% off on select items for late-night departures (between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m.) from overseas airports.

For customers who are not flying, Jeju Air will also hold a special promotion on its online mall, J Shop. Until May 11, Jeju Air special products will be available at discounts of up to 72%, and the 20th anniversary products will be on sale from May 9 to 15.

A Jeju Air representative stated, "We have organized the discount events to focus on products that the whole family can enjoy," and added, "We hope you have a warm and happy Family Month with Jeju Air."
