Kkumbee, a company that brings inspiration to everyday life and supports parenting, announced on April 24 that starting in May, it will supply its "High Guard Baby Room" and "Bumper Bed" series (Morning Star, Lucky Star, World Star) to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's public voucher site in Japan.
This supply is part of a childbirth encouragement voucher program promoted by Japanese local governments to address the declining birthrate. The products will be provided through a public platform that supports essential childcare products for families residing in Tokyo.
The voucher site has already established a track record of supplying products in Kyoto and Nagoya, and beginning in May this year, additional deliveries are planned for Tokyo as well.
Tokyo is Japan's largest metropolitan administrative region, consisting of 23 special wards including Shinjuku and Shibuya, 26 cities, 5 towns, and 8 villages. As of 2025, it has a population of over 13.7 million, accounting for more than 10% of Japan's total population.
A Kkumbee representative stated, "With the supply to the Tokyo voucher platform, we are officially entering the baby products market in the Tokyo metropolitan area. In addition to the confirmed products, further discussions are ongoing, so the product lineup is expected to expand even more." The representative added, "We plan to continue strengthening our presence in the global childcare market by providing high-quality, reliable childcare products."
Meanwhile, Kkumbee is a leading domestic brand for infants and children, earning strong trust from customers at home and abroad through a wide range of baby appliances and living products such as safe and practical baby mats, baby rooms, and bumper beds.
