First Main Subscription for Hanam Gyosan New Town... Special and General Applications Open from May 7

Daewoo Construction announced that it will open the model home for Gyosan Prugio The First, which is being sold in cooperation with Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH), on April 25. Initially, only those who were selected in the preliminary subscription can visit, while the general public will be able to access it starting April 27.

This is the first main subscription complex in Hanam Gyosan New Town, which is one of the third-phase new towns. The development consists of 10 buildings with 2 basement levels and 29 above-ground floors, offering a total of 1,115 units with exclusive areas ranging from 51 to 59 square meters. Of these, 866 units are allocated for preliminary subscription. A total of 249 units, including 186 for special supply, will be available to the general public. As a private participation public sale project, the price ceiling system is applied.

The sale prices are as follows: 51 square meters units are priced between 497.64 million and 498.11 million won (based on the highest price for each type), 55 square meters units are 533.55 million won, 58 square meters units are 562.14 million won, and 59 square meters units are 571.67 million won. Considering that a 59 square meter unit in a nearby complex was traded in the 800 million won range last month, these prices are relatively low.

Applications for preliminary subscription winners will be accepted for two days starting April 29. Special supply applications will be accepted from May 7, and general supply applications can be submitted on May 8 and 9. The announcement of successful applicants is scheduled for May 23. Applicants must reside in Seoul, Incheon, or Gyeonggi Province, and must meet asset holding standards for household members, including real estate and automobiles, as well as income requirements.

The 59 square meter units feature a four-bay layout in most cases, despite being mid- to small-sized units. Ample storage space is provided, and some units are designed in a tower shape to maximize sunlight. The Hanam Gyosan District, which covers the Cheonhyeon-dong, Gyosan-dong, and Chungung-dong areas of Hanam City, aims to accommodate 33,000 households and a population of 78,000. As a self-sufficient city, it will also include parks, green spaces, educational and commercial facilities, and various other living infrastructures.

Seoul Metropolitan Subway Lines 3 and 5 are nearby, and highways provide convenient access to major areas of the metropolitan region. The GTX-D line, which is currently under review, is also close. The model home is located in Mangwol-dong, Hanam City.
