On April 24, Starbucks Korea announced that it will open the urban premium store 'Starbucks Reserve Dosan,' an upgraded version of Starbucks' premium coffee brand 'Reserve,' on April 29.

Reserve Dosan will be the fifth Reserve-exclusive store in Korea, following The Bukhangang R (January 2022), The Jeju Songdang Park R (October 2023), Jangchung Lounge R (September 2024), and The Chuncheon Uiamho R (November 2024).

Reserve Dosan is a two-story building with a total of 65 seats. It features customer-tailored coffee curation, a Coffee Experience Zone, a partial seat reservation system, and various interior elements such as the 'Flicker Board' from overseas Starbucks Roasteries. The installation of the Flicker Board is a first among Starbucks stores in Korea.

The global Starbucks Reserve-exclusive cocktail bar concept 'BAR MIXATO' has also been introduced for the first time. Here, customers can enjoy unique premium cocktails based on coffee. Additionally, new Reserve beverages that differentiate this location from existing Reserve stores will be launched.

Reserve Dosan will also offer exclusive food items. The store will introduce 'Melting Mascarpone Tiramisu' and 'Hojitea-ramisu.' Desserts that pair well with the flavors of Reserve coffee beans, such as 'Black Truffle Butter Bar,' 'Brulee Cheese Cake,' and 'Chocolat Cheese Cake,' will also be available.

Starbucks plans to continue showcasing its coffee leadership and authenticity to customers through Reserve-exclusive stores like 'Reserve Dosan.' The company also intends to expand its network of Reserve-exclusive stores, further enhancing Starbucks' premium coffee offerings and customer service to operate even more sophisticated locations.
