Applications Accepted from April 28 to May 6
Air Premia announced on April 24 that it is openly recruiting experienced professionals for its maintenance division and entry-level staff for its flight operations management division.
For the maintenance division, the company is seeking experienced professionals who hold an aircraft maintenance engineer license and have at least six months of practical experience within the past 20 months. Preference will be given to candidates with maintenance experience on the B787 model, those holding electronics or electrical-related certifications, individuals with experience in airframe repairs, and those with strong language skills.
For the flight operations management division, the company is targeting entry-level applicants who possess a domestic flight operations manager license and have at least one of the following language qualifications: a TOEIC score of 700 or higher, TOEIC Speaking IM2 or higher, or OPIc IM2 or higher. Preference will also be given to candidates with relevant work experience and strong English proficiency.
Applications can be submitted through the Air Premia recruitment website from April 28 to May 6.
After the document screening, applicants will go through a practical interview and a culture fit interview to assess alignment with Air Premia's values. Upon completing the hiring health check, successful candidates for the flight operations management position will join at the end of May, while those for the maintenance position will join in July.
