Eduwill Signs AI-Based Online Learning MOU with IHFB

Eduwill announced on April 24 that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with I Hate Flying Bugs (IHFB) on April 22 at its headquarters in Guro-gu, Seoul, for the purpose of innovating online learning and nurturing talent.


The agreement aims to combine Eduwill’s educational content capabilities with the artificial intelligence (AI) technology currently being developed by IHFB to enable proactive learning management. Both parties plan to discuss ways to apply IHFB’s AI system to Eduwill’s GED and transfer English courses.

In addition, they plan to promote coding education in connection with the Eduwill Nationally Funded Education Center. Currently, Eduwill operates about 60% of its entire business online and expects to generate substantial synergy in the digital education sector.


Through this agreement, the two companies will closely collaborate in areas such as joint development of AI-based customized online education content, building and technically supporting a learning management system based on AI tutoring technology, and launching joint brand campaigns and customer promotions.


Yang Hyungnam, CEO of Eduwill, stated, "Through the convergence of content and technology, we will further strengthen our competitiveness in the digital education market and create an innovative, learner-centered educational environment."
