The 'Busan Gadukdo National Cemetery,' located in Cheonseong-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan, is the resting place of 25 patriotic spirits who gave their lives for the country during the Korean War.
A representative from the GK Division who participated in the volunteer activity said, "We are here today because of those who sacrificed their lives for the country, and I feel honored to take part in such a meaningful activity."
The Busan Regional Veterans Office of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs encourages groups such as companies and schools to visit the national cemetery and participate in cemetery cleaning activities to raise public awareness and honor those who died for the nation.
