Chosun University Career Plus Center announced on April 23 that it is currently operating the "Graduates Customized Job Preparation A to Z Project" to support graduates in achieving stable entry into society and successful employment.

This program is a specialized initiative for graduates, aiming to help young people systematically plan their careers and develop self-directed job-seeking competencies.

The program provides comprehensive support for the entire job search process, from writing self-introduction letters to interview preparation, and focuses on practical content such as analyzing corporate recruitment trends and conducting mock interviews.

The program runs until April 25. It consists of a step-by-step curriculum, including a special lecture on strategies for writing self-introduction letters, instruction on using generative AI for each question type, one-on-one customized consulting, preparation strategies for different interview types, and a mock interview day.

All sessions are conducted in-person. Each special lecture accommodates up to 50 participants per session, while consulting sessions are limited to 12 participants, ensuring tailored support for each attendee.

Kim Jaehong, Director of the Chosun University Career Plus Center, stated, "We plan to continue offering a variety of support programs so that graduates can proactively respond to the changing recruitment environment," and added, "We will make every effort to provide practical assistance to young people preparing for employment."
