This enhancement initiative focuses on increasing practical convenience from the customer's perspective and strengthening the competitiveness of the retail business, based on feedback from Woori Financial Group employees who have directly experienced "WooriWON MTS." To achieve this, a survey will be conducted among employees to collect a wide range of investment-related data and opinions.
The survey is designed not only to gather impressions and suggestions regarding the use of "WooriWON MTS," but also to comprehensively understand employees' investment behaviors and expectations. It covers various aspects such as investment experience and asset size, investment tendencies, sources of investment information, criteria for selecting securities firms and MTS, and expectations for AI-based asset management services.
The data collected and analyzed through this process will be immediately reflected in the planned enhancement of "WooriWON MTS" and the introduction of a new web trading system (WTS) in the second half of this year. Through these efforts, Woori Investment & Securities aims to secure a differentiated competitive edge not only in retail investment services such as bonds and pensions, but also in the field of AI-based asset management.
