Surpassing 100 Million Tracks on FLO
Securing the Largest Music Catalog in Korea
Dreamus Company's music platform 'FLO' announced on April 23 that it has surpassed 100 million tracks available on the service.
FLO has continuously expanded its music library to ensure that users can listen to any song they want on the platform. After reaching 50 million tracks in 2023, FLO doubled that number to 100 million in just two years, establishing itself as the music platform with the largest music catalog in Korea.
FLO is the only music platform in Korea to offer tracks from global music distributors such as Merlin, a leader in the global indie music market; Revelator, which is driving the next generation of music business; and Taihe Music, the largest music distributor in China, by signing direct licensing agreements with these companies.
Tracks such as 'Somewhere Only We Know' by Gustixa, which has been used in about 1.3 million Instagram Reels and is loved as an emotional healing song, and 'Trendsetter' by Conor Price and Haviah Mighty, which has been featured in 750,000 Reels including dance challenges, are available exclusively on FLO among Korean music platforms.
Kim Jaejun, Head of CX at Dreamus Company, said, "We plan to further expand our licensing agreements with leading overseas distributors to meet the demand for international music and help users broaden their musical tastes."
Meanwhile, FLO offers playlists powered by its proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) language model-based music recommendation technology. Dreamus Company has built a robust music IP value chain encompassing soundtracks, artists, merchandise, and concerts, and is leveraging this foundation to strengthen its music and entertainment business capabilities.
