Hyundai Construction announced on April 23 that it will begin sales next month for the "Hillstate Mediale" redevelopment project in Daejo 1 District, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul. This large-scale complex will consist of a total of 2,451 units and is being built with the goal of move-in by October next year. Of these, 483 units with exclusive areas ranging from 51 to 74 square meters will be available for general sale.
Yeonsinnae Station, located within a 10-minute walk, offers access to Subway Lines 3 and 6, as well as the GTX-A line of the Metropolitan Express Railway, which opened at the end of last year. It takes just six minutes to reach Seoul Station. There are various development projects in the vicinity. These include Seoul Creative Town, which aims to transform the site of the National Institute of Health into a hub for the media and video industry, and the Susaek·DMC Complex Development, which is developing residential and mixed-use facilities such as cultural and convention centers on a 450,000-square-meter site. Large-scale redevelopment projects such as the Galhyeon 1 District and Bulgwang 5 District are also underway.

There is an elementary school in front of the complex, with middle and high schools also nearby. Shopping facilities such as department stores and large supermarkets are located close by, and there is also a traditional market. Residents will have convenient access to cultural and artistic venues, government offices, and hospitals and clinics. This is the only apartment complex in the area being built on flat terrain. The exterior of the complex will feature a specialized design concept inspired by flowing waves. The buildings will be oriented mainly to the south and the floor plans will primarily be of the plate type. There will be 1.35 parking spaces per unit.
Shared facilities for residents will include a multipurpose room equipped with a private movie theater and sky lounge, a library, an indoor golf practice range, and a guest house. Hyundai Construction's specialized design will also be applied to the playground, skating rink, and game room. The model home will open next month near the new apartment complex.
