Double Station Area "Ssangyong The Platinum Dongnae Asiad" Launches Pre-Sale

As uncertainty in the real estate market increases, the future value of prime pre-sale sites with clear advantages is drawing attention. In particular, as the scarcity of "station area" complexes becomes more pronounced, "double station area" locations?those close to two or more subway stations?have established themselves as highly preferred options for both end-users and investors.


In fact, in a survey conducted last year on 5,046 adults nationwide regarding "consumer perceptions of home ownership," 25.1% selected transportation as the most important locational factor when choosing a place to live, ranking it highest alongside educational environment (29.7%).


Earlier this year, both "ePyeonhansesang Dangsan River Park" and "Howstory Central Foret," which are located in double station areas, sold out 100% in the first week of contract signing, attracting significant attention.


An industry official stated, "Double station area apartments are among the most preferred options due to high demand for both sales and rental transactions, and both end-user and investment demand remain steady," adding, "Because supply is limited and scarcity is high, it is worth actively applying for new pre-sales when they become available."


Ssangyong Engineering & Construction plans to launch sales of "Ssangyong The Platinum Dongnae Asiad," which boasts double station area premium, in the Dongnae district of Busan in April. Of the total 271 units (B4~24F, three buildings, exclusive area 59~84m²), 137 units will be offered for general sale.


This complex allows residents to walk to Sajik Station on Busan Subway Line 3 and Minam Station on Lines 3 and 4. In addition, Asiad-daero and Minam-ro, located right in front of the complex, provide convenient access to all areas of Busan.


Furthermore, the nearby "Mandeok~Centum Urban Expressway," Busan's first deep underground road, is scheduled to open in January 2026. This 9.62km road connects Mandeok-dong in Buk-gu to Jaesong-dong in Haeundae-gu, and upon opening, it is expected to reduce travel time between Mandeok and Centum to about 10 minutes, making it a significant transportation boon.


Residents can also benefit from an excellent educational environment. Prestigious schools in Busan, including Geumgang Elementary School (within walking distance), Yeomyeong Middle School, Sajik Middle School, Sajik Girls' Middle School, Dongin High School, and Sajik Girls' High School, are located nearby. In addition, the Sajik-dong academy district in Dongnae-gu is easily accessible, which is expected to further satisfy parents.


Abundant living infrastructure is another advantage. Facilities such as Homeplus, Mega Mart, Lotte Department Store, and Sajik Market are nearby, providing a convenient living environment. The Busan District Court, Busan High Court, and the Prosecutors' Office are also close.


"Ssangyong The Platinum Dongnae Asiad" will feature amenities such as a guesthouse, golf practice range, cafeteria, fitness center, small library, and residents' meeting room, and will provide generous parking space with 1.71 spaces per unit.

Other strengths include a south-facing layout for all units and innovative floor plans.


A sales representative said, "Inquiries from buyers waiting for new double station area pre-sales have increased significantly," adding, "We expect this complex to become a landmark luxury residence representing the high-end residential belt of the Asiad Line."


Meanwhile, the model home for "Ssangyong The Platinum Dongnae Asiad" will be located near Dongnae Station on Busan Subway Line 1.
