Operation of the Ulsan Pavilion with Six Local Automotive Parts SMEs
The city of Ulsan, in cooperation with the Ulsan Regional Headquarters of the Korea International Trade Association, will participate in the 'MOTORTEC 2025' exhibition, to be held in Madrid, Spain, and will operate the Ulsan Pavilion at the event.
'MOTORTEC 2025' is the largest automotive aftermarket exhibition in Southern Europe and has been held since 1991.
This year, the exhibition will take place from April 23 to April 26, with approximately 440 companies and organizations and around 65,000 visitors expected to participate.
For this exhibition, six local small and medium-sized enterprises?Oseong Tech Ulsan Plant, Ecocap, ES Link, CN Lube, Adwinner, and Taebong Industry?will join the city in operating promotional booths at the Ulsan Pavilion.
The exhibited items will include various automotive parts such as non-consumable components (wiring harnesses, suspensions, water pumps), maintenance parts (automotive lubricants, antifreeze), and paint protection films.
The city of Ulsan will support participating companies by covering expenses such as booth rental fees, installation costs, transportation costs for exhibits, interpretation fees, and one-way airfare for each company representative.
A city official stated, "Recently, local automotive parts companies have become increasingly anxious due to the imposition of U.S. import tariffs on automobiles. We expect that participating in this exhibition will provide practical support for Ulsan's small and medium-sized automotive parts companies to expand their sales channels into various overseas markets, including Europe. Going forward, the city will continue to expand overseas marketing efforts to diversify export markets for local SMEs."
