Under this agreement, Deogyusan National Park will provide activity spaces and rest areas for participants in local tourism revitalization projects, maintain park access roads and surrounding environments, and support activities for ecological conservation in the national park. The county will plan and operate specialized projects to boost local tourism and jointly carry out specialized job creation projects related to local tourist sites.

Governor Hwang Inhong stated, "We expect this agreement to serve as a strong driving force for generating income for the retired generation and protecting local resources, thereby revitalizing tourism in Muju, the K-Tourism Capital and Special City of Nature." He added, "As our representative attractions and government are working together, we will develop this project so that both residents and visitors are satisfied, and so that it contributes to the conservation of natural resources and the enhancement of biodiversity in Deogyusan National Park."

Muju County and Deogyusan National Park plan to regularly monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project, analyze the results, and reflect them in the project, thereby continuing their cooperative relationship.
