Fractal Technology (Kookiedeal), a specialized platform for small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) mergers and acquisitions (M&A), announced on the 22nd that it has been selected as an official advisory certification institution for the "2025 M&A Activation Support Project" organized by the Korea Venture Capital Association.
On this day, Fractal Technology stated, "As part of a national initiative to revitalize SME and venture company M&A, we have been newly selected as a consulting institution for this project conducted by the association. As an AI agent-based SME M&A platform, our expertise and growth potential have been recognized."
The company further explained, "We participated in the 2025 first-half M&A Support Center Advisory Institution Workshop hosted by the association, where we presented on the operational plans of the participating platform Kookiedeal and the capabilities of AI-based M&A automation, officially commencing our activities."
Going forward, the company plans to cooperate with the association to expand the foundation for SME and venture company M&A through corporate valuation, advisory and brokerage services aimed at maximizing SME M&A, reducing the actual cost burden for companies pursuing transactions, raising awareness of M&A, and hosting networking events.
