A public-supported private rental housing project that allows for stable residence for up to 10 years is set to be supplied in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province.

City Construction Co., Ltd. plans to launch the public-supported private rental housing project "Buksuwon City Pradium The Bliss" in the Imok District of Jangan-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi Province this coming May.
The project consists of a total of 480 public-supported private rental units, all with a single floor plan of 84 square meters of exclusive area. It is highly regarded for its abundant living infrastructure, specialized educational environment, and convenient metropolitan transportation network.
In front of the complex, a large-scale premium academy district (planned) and a public library are scheduled to be established. Within walking distance, an "Edu Town" is formed, densely populated with educational institutions ranging from kindergartens (planned) to elementary, middle, and high schools. Additionally, various lifestyle amenities such as a street-type commercial facility (planned), a large supermarket, a cinema, an art hall, and Starfield Suwon are located nearby, enhancing residents' satisfaction with daily life.
The transportation environment is also excellent. The site offers outstanding access to the Seoul metropolitan area via Buksuwon IC, Pajang IC, Line 1 Sungkyunkwan University Station, and the planned Dongtan-Indeokwon Line. Upon renewal, the rent increase rate is capped at a maximum of 5 percent, ensuring long-term residential stability.
The rental deposit is safely protected through Jeonse deposit insurance from the Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG), with 75 percent of the insurance premium covered by the construction company. In addition, there is no tax burden related to the housing, and the initial financial burden is reduced by applying a 10 percent down payment and interest-free conditions for the entire interim payment.
The model house for "Buksuwon City Pradium The Bliss" is located near Exit 2 of Suwon Station on Subway Line 1.
