This competition is organized by the Dongducheon Sports Council and hosted by Jsaeno Co., Ltd., with support from Dongducheon City and the Dongducheon City Council. Approximately 2,200 domestic and international participants are expected to gather and run through Dongducheon's beautiful mountainous terrain.

The event offers three courses?10km, 20km, and 50km?tailored to the skill and experience levels of the participants. It is designed so that everyone, from beginners to seasoned trail runners, can enjoy the race. The courses make use of Dongducheon's signature mountains, including Wangbangsan, Eodeungsan, and Cheonbosan, allowing participants to experience both the challenge and the healing power of nature.

In particular, this year's competition emphasizes eco-friendly operations, aiming to minimize environmental impact and provide participants with a sports experience in harmony with nature.

On the day of the event, a variety of attractions will be available in addition to trail running. Side events such as a brand expo, craft beer sales, a world food street, and busking performances will be held, creating a local festival that blends sports and culture.

A Dongducheon City official stated, "We hope this competition will promote Dongducheon's beautiful natural scenery and leisure sports infrastructure both domestically and internationally, and serve as an opportunity for the city to advance as a sustainable mountain sports tourism destination."
