30 Outstanding Teachers and 12 Schools Receive Superintendent's Commendation
The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Seokjun) held the "58th Science Day Commemoration Award Ceremony for Outstanding Teachers and Schools in Science Education" on April 21 in the international conference room on the 6th floor of the Office's annex building.

This commendation aims to identify and honor teachers and schools that have played a leading role in the advancement of science education, to boost their pride and morale, and to encourage their active participation in promoting science education in Busan.
A total of 30 teachers and 12 schools were recognized for their contributions to science education. The superintendent personally presented the certificates of commendation to the awardees and school representatives who attended the event.
Superintendent Kim Seokjun expressed his gratitude to the teachers who have dedicated themselves to the development of science education in Busan, saying, "I would like to thank the teachers who have devoted themselves to advancing science education so that our children can grow into talents who will lead the rapidly developing field of science and technology." He added, "The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education will do its utmost to foster a culture in schools that strives for the advancement of science education and the spread of scientific culture."
