"Plan Your Future at the Jeonnam Job Fair"

Aiming to Hire a Total of 148 People
in Shipbuilding, Tourism, and Hospitality Sectors

Jeonnam Province will host the "2025 First Half Jeonnam Job Fair" at Mokpo Indoor Gymnasium on April 30. Twenty-eight companies from various sectors, including shipbuilding, food manufacturing, and tourism and hospitality, are aiming to hire a total of 148 people.

The job fair targets general job seekers, university students (including those expecting to graduate), and students from specialized high schools. Central government agencies such as the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Small and Medium Business Administration, and the Veterans Affairs Agency are supporting the event.

In the shipbuilding sector, seven companies including Songwoon Industry Co., Ltd. and Hyoyang Co., Ltd. from Yeongam plan to hire 47 people for positions such as welding, cable laying, and fitting. Food manufacturing companies such as Dongwon F&B Co., Ltd., Samjinmulsan Co., Ltd., Daechang Food Co., Ltd., and Dasol Agricultural Corporation are recruiting 60 people for production and office positions.

HJ Ocean Resort Co., Ltd. and Jaeun Ocean Land Co., Ltd. will hire 11 people in tourism services, including front desk staff and cooks, while Low Carbon Co., Ltd., a chemical manufacturing company, plans to hire 10 people for production and research positions. KC Co., Ltd. is planning to recruit three new employees for electrical maintenance and production operation roles.

At the job fair, Korea Electric Power KDN, HD Hyundai Samho, and the Korea Industrial Human Resources Corporation will hold recruitment seminars on the theme of "Employment Strategies for Job Seekers." There will also be a variety of side events, such as resume photo shoots and healing counseling therapy, to help strengthen job seekers' employment capabilities.
