Opportunity to Be Appointed as an In-House Planner Upon Completion

On April 21, Toss Insurance announced that it had successfully completed the first session of its "New Insurance Advisor" program, which was held over three weeks at its headquarters in Sindorim, Guro-gu, Seoul, starting on the 1st of this month.
This program is a beginner-oriented curriculum that systematizes the training and sales support expertise Toss Insurance has accumulated as the only platform-based GA in Korea.
The course is designed to help new planner candidates develop a proper professional mindset and practical skills. Graduates of the program can be appointed as in-house planners.
The training was conducted entirely offline and free of charge, including lunch. Sessions focused on enhancing practical skills, such as sharing real-world experiences from current planners, ethical sales standards and business etiquette, mock exams and qualification test preparation, and understanding the application and contract signing processes.
Current leaders and staff from Toss Insurance headquarters participated as instructors throughout the entire course, with a focus on minimizing the gap between theory and practice.
Toss Insurance aims to lower the entry barriers in the insurance industry and contribute to the creation of a healthy insurance market in the long term by developing an innovative model for training planners.
The second session of the program will be held in Jeonju, North Jeolla Province, starting on May 12. Anyone interested in the insurance planner profession is eligible to apply.
