Nongsuro (real name Park Juan), a young farmer and trot singer from Haeje-myeon, Muan-gun, has been gaining attention for his ongoing talent donations and volunteer work for local seniors.

Nongsuro first gained recognition through his witty and humorous YouTube activities. In 2022, he was acknowledged for his musical talent by winning the Grand Prize and the Popularity Award at the end-of-year finals of the KBS National Singing Contest. In 2025, he advanced to the finals of Mister Trot 3, further solidifying his music career.

His stage name, Nongsuro, means "as a young farmer, to become an indispensable figure in rural communities." The name also carries a sense of familiarity because he is said to resemble the actor Kim Sooro. In reality, he maintains the image of a diligent young man by balancing both farming and singing careers.

Most notably, since 2022, Nongsuro has regularly visited the Yonghak Welfare Center in his hometown of Haeje-myeon, performing consolation concerts for the elderly residents of the nursing home and practicing talent donation. Through his music, he brings laughter and emotion to the seniors, adding warmth to the local community.

A representative from the Yonghak Welfare Center said, "Despite his busy schedule, Nongsuro always visits the seniors with a bright smile, bringing them comfort and joy. All of our residents eagerly look forward to his performances and he is truly loved by everyone at the center."

Nongsuro shared, "I am grateful that I can bring even a little happiness to the elders of my hometown where I grew up. I hope to continue helping the community through farming, music, and sharing."

A young man who carries both the dream of being a singer and the responsibility of farming, Nongsuro's kind heart continues to spread warmth throughout Haeje-myeon and the local community, including the Yonghak Welfare Center.
