City O Ciel Complex 7 will consist of nine buildings ranging from three basement levels to a maximum of 47 above-ground floors, offering a total of 1,453 units with exclusive areas between 59 and 137 square meters. The unit breakdown by exclusive area is as follows: 152 units of 59㎡, 73 units of 75㎡, 599 units of 84㎡A, 280 units of 84㎡B, 142 units of 84㎡C, 64 units of 102㎡A, 94 units of 102㎡B, 47 units of 110㎡, and 2 penthouse units of 137㎡P, providing a diverse range of options.

The subscription schedule for City O Ciel Complex 7 will begin with special supply on April 28, followed by first-priority applications on April 29, and second-priority applications on April 30. Winners will be announced on May 12, and the contract period will run for five days from May 23 to May 27. Residents of Incheon and the greater Seoul metropolitan area who have held a subscription savings account for at least 12 months and meet the deposit requirements by area and region are eligible for first-priority application. Both homeowners and household members are allowed to apply. Move-in is scheduled for November 2028.

The sale price starts at 416.5 million KRW for 59㎡ units, 546.7 million KRW for 75㎡ units, 579.9 million KRW for 84㎡ units, 734.1 million KRW for 102㎡ units, and 801.9 million KRW for 110㎡ units. The price for the 84㎡ units is set more than 200 million KRW lower than the approximately 800 million KRW for the 84㎡ units at "Raemian Songdo Station Centrifol 1,2 Block," which was sold in Yeonsu-gu in December last year, and lower than the 84㎡ units at Harrington Square Sanggok Station.

City O Ciel Complex 7 boasts an excellent location even within City O Ciel itself. It is a station area, within walking distance of the soon-to-open Suin-Bundang Line Hakik Station. Once the station opens, residents will have direct access to Gangnam, Suwon, and Bundang without transfers. Since transfers are available to most lines operating in the metropolitan area, it will be easy to travel to Seoul and other parts of the metropolitan region.

KTX from Incheon is scheduled to open at Songdo Station on the Suin-Bundang Line, which is just one stop from the planned Hakik Station. This will allow travel to Busan in about 2 hours and 30 minutes and to Mokpo in about 2 hours and 10 minutes. In particular, Songdo Station is set to benefit from the upcoming opening of the Wolgot-Pangyo Line (Wolpan Line), which will cross the southern metropolitan area from Wolgot in Siheung to Pangyo in Seongnam, reducing travel time to Pangyo to about 30 minutes.

Within the City O Ciel complex, large-scale commercial facilities such as Star O Ciel and the planned Incheon Museum Park, along with various commercial and cultural amenities, are expected to be established. A pedestrian street with street-style retail stores will be created between Complexes 6 and 7.

There is a planned elementary school site directly in front of the complex, and additional school sites for all levels are planned within a 1 km radius. In particular, the cultural-specialized street (Link O Ciel) connecting Complex 7, the planned Hakik Station, and the planned Museum Park will be developed as a themed walking trail.

City O Ciel Complex 7 is arranged primarily with south-facing units and designed with a focus on four-bay plate layouts. The building coverage ratio is low at around 14%, while landscaping covers approximately 34% of the total site area. The ground level will be a car-free, park-style apartment complex, featuring various landscaping and convenience facilities throughout, including a tea house (object cafe), children's playground, toddler playground, pocket rest areas, resident fitness facilities, a camping site, pet garden, sunken plaza, daycare center, and senior citizens' lounge.

The community center will include a fitness center, GX room, indoor golf practice range, male and female saunas, male and female study rooms, male and female private study rooms, an open library, a care center, a cultural lecture room, and a multipurpose multi-room. A multipurpose gym will be located on the second basement level, allowing for a variety of sports activities regardless of season or weather.

Inside the units, various storage solutions are provided, including a dressing room, powder room, alpha room (in select types), pantry (in select types), and entrance storage. Each unit will have a storage room in the basement parking lot for seasonal or bulky household items. Residents will be able to remotely control and monitor alarms, lighting, elevator calls, security, gas, heating and cooling, vehicle entry notifications, and parcel notifications via mobile devices. A ventilation system equipped with a HEPA filter will also be installed.

The underground parking lot will provide a generous 1.35 parking spaces per unit, which is more than nearby complexes. A dry car wash area (dry car wash system) equipped with basic facilities such as a tire inflator and vacuum cleaner will make vehicle maintenance easy, and electric vehicle charging stations will also be available.

A sales representative stated, "Previous complexes supplied within City O Ciel have achieved rapid success, demonstrating their proven location and product value, as well as high resident satisfaction. As a result, City O Ciel Complex 7 is also attracting significant interest from buyers," adding, "Even within City O Ciel, which is being developed as a mini-new-town-scale brand town, this complex is recognized for its outstanding location."
