A Total of 419 Units for Sale
Umi Construction announced on the 21st that it will open the model home for "Umi Lin Premier in JangAn district, Busan," located in Block B-1 of the JangAn Residential Development District in Gijang-gun, Busan, starting on the 25th, and will officially begin sales.
The complex consists of four buildings, ranging from two basement levels to 25 above-ground floors. It offers a total of 419 units with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84 square meters. By unit type, there are 118 units of 59㎡ Type A, 48 units of 59㎡ Type B, and 253 units of 84㎡ Type A. All units are small to medium-sized, making them suitable for actual homebuyers.
Applications for purchase will begin with special supply on the 28th, followed by first-priority applications on the 29th and second-priority applications on the 30th. The winners will be announced on the 9th of the following month. Official contracts will be signed from the 20th to the 22nd of the following month.
The JangAn district, where the complex is being built, is a residential development area with approximately 2,100 households. Residential, educational, and daily life infrastructure are being systematically established. Nearby, there are the Southeast Radiation Medical Science General Industrial Complex, as well as the JangAn, Banryong, and Jeonggwan industrial complexes, making the area highly regarded for its proximity between workplaces and homes.
The area also offers excellent convenience for daily living. The "Busan Premium Outlet" is within walking distance from the complex, allowing residents to enjoy shopping and leisure activities at once. This outlet underwent a renovation in September of last year, expanding its size by about 56% and increasing the number of brands from 170 to 270. Stores frequently used in daily life, such as Daiso, Olive Young, and Shake Shack, are also available, adding to the convenience.
Transportation conditions are favorable as well. Residents can use Jwacheon Station on the Donghae Line to access major areas of Busan, such as Centum City and Osiria. In addition, the first phase of the Nopo-Jeonggwan Line of the Busan Urban Railway has been included in the preliminary feasibility study, raising expectations for the area to develop into a double-station zone in the future. Furthermore, by using the nearby JangAn IC, residents can directly access the Busan-Ulsan Expressway, making travel to Ulsan or downtown Busan easy.
The educational environment is well established. A new elementary school is planned to be built near the complex, and JangAn Middle School, Busan JangAn High School, and JangAn Jeil High School are also located nearby. Medical facilities are close as well, with the Southeast Radiation Oncology Center providing quick access to medical services.
The complex is mainly oriented to the southwest and southeast, ensuring ample sunlight and good ventilation. The interior spaces are designed with a four-bay flat layout to maximize usability. A variety of community facilities for residents will also be provided, including an indoor golf practice range, a fitness club, and a residents-only cafe, supporting a healthy and leisurely lifestyle.
The model home will be located in the Maehak-ri area of Jeonggwan-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan.
