On Easter, one of Christianity's most significant holidays along with Christmas, U.S. President Donald Trump unleashed harsh criticism against former President Joe Biden?who had pursued more conciliatory immigration policies?and his political opponents.

On the 20th (local time), President Trump posted on his own social networking service (SNS), stating, "Happy Easter to everyone, including the radical left lunatics who are working hard and plotting to bring murderers, drug lords, dangerous prisoners, the mentally ill, notorious MS-13 gang members, and wife beaters back into our country."

He also targeted the judiciary, which has blocked his policies, saying, "Happy Easter to the weak and incompetent judges and law enforcement officials who allow evil attacks on our country." President Trump has repeatedly clashed with the judiciary, which has ruled that his policy of deporting undocumented immigrants was illegal.

He also directed criticism at his predecessor, former President Biden.

President Trump said, "Sleepy Joe Biden intentionally allowed millions of criminals to enter our country through his open border policy, without any vetting or verification," adding, "This will go down as the most horrific act ever committed in American history." He continued, "He was by far the most incompetent and worst president, and he had absolutely no idea what he was doing," and further stated, "To everyone who committed fraud in the 2020 presidential election to elect this tremendously destructive fool, I wish you a very happy Easter filled with my great love, sincerity, and affection." President Trump has consistently claimed that the 2020 election was rigged.

In another post on SNS, President Trump wrote, "May this day be filled with peace and joy for all who celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ." He also emphasized, "We will make America greater, better, stronger, richer, healthier, and more religious than ever before."
