Emart is joining forces with LG Household & Health Care to launch ultra-low-cost cosmetics sales.
On April 21, Emart announced that it has launched a new skincare line, "GLOW:UP by BEYOND," from LG Household & Health Care's beauty brand Beyond. The retailer will exclusively offer eight types of cosmetics, each priced at 4,950 won, designed to help improve skin elasticity and radiance.

Emart and LG Household & Health Care developed the new products to reflect the "slow aging" beauty trend, which emphasizes naturalness. By simplifying product packaging and utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) models, the companies minimized marketing costs and focused solely on quality and price.
The new products contain ingredients for skin elasticity care, such as collagen and bakuchiol, as well as brightening components like glutathione. They are available in a variety of formats, including toner, serum, cream, nasolabial wrinkle patches, eye ampoule, night mask cream, pack-to-foam (cleansing foam), and multi-balm.
The flagship product, "GLOW:UP by BEYOND Collagen Bakuchiol Elastic Radiance Cream (50ml)," features a rich texture with collagen, over 99.5% pure bakuchiol, glutathione, and plant-derived phyto mucin to help address concerns about skin elasticity and wrinkles. According to the company, human application tests demonstrated that after two weeks of use, nasolabial wrinkles were reduced by 27.3% and elasticity in the nasolabial area improved by 7%.
The line also includes the Elastic Radiance Toner (150ml) and Serum (45ml), as well as the "Eye Ampoule (15ml)"?which dispenses ampoule from a 360-degree rotating applicator for instant massage?and the "Nasolabial Wrinkle Patch (36 patches)" for targeted wrinkle care around the mouth.
Other products in the lineup include the "Night Mask Cream (50ml)" for intensive overnight skin care, the "Pack-to-Foam (70ml)"?which contains glutathione capsules and can be used as both a mask and a cleanser?and the "Multi-Balm (20g)" for deep hydration on specific areas.
An Emart cosmetics buyer stated, "Emart, as a distribution expert, and LG Household & Health Care, as a skincare expert, will continue to work together to offer a diverse range of reasonably priced skincare products."
