Now Searchable and Bookable via KakaoMap

"Reserve Public Sports Facilities via KakaoTalk"

Starting from April 21, users will be able to access the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's "Gongyu Nuri" service via KakaoTalk.

On April 20, Kakao announced that the Gongyu Nuri service would be available through the KakaoTalk Reservation platform beginning April 21. Gongyu Nuri is a service that allows the public to reserve and use over 1,200 government-owned facilities, such as sports facilities, meeting rooms, and auditoriums. With this integration, reservations that were previously only possible through the Gongyu Nuri website can now also be made via KakaoTalk.

The process is simple. Users can open the KakaoTalk app, select the "Reservation" option from the More tab at the bottom, and search for the desired facility. After selecting a facility, users can choose the date and time to complete their reservation. A variety of public facilities are available, ranging from sports venues like tennis courts, soccer fields, and badminton courts to meeting rooms and lecture halls.

Additionally, users can search for and reserve Gongyu Nuri facilities via KakaoMap. Seo Sungwook, leader of the Kakao Reservation Tribe, stated, "We have collaborated with the Ministry of the Interior and Safety to make it easier for people to reserve public resources through KakaoTalk," adding, "We will continue to provide various services and benefits through KakaoTalk Reservation."
