Funds to Be Used for National Team Training and Operational Expenses
KB Insurance announced on the 18th that, ahead of Disabled Persons Day on the 20th, it has delivered a Disabled Football Development Fund of 180 million won to the Korea Disabled Football Association in collaboration with LIG Group.

The development fund will be used for various purposes, including physical training for the national disabled football team, training of specialized personnel, and operating expenses for hosting the Disabled Football Championship.
Byungju Oh, Head of Management Division at KB Insurance, stated, "We hope that this development fund will help improve the physical strength and skills of the national team," and added, "KB Insurance plans to continue various social contribution projects aimed at raising awareness about people with disabilities and improving their quality of life."
Meanwhile, KB Insurance is actively promoting care activities for people with disabilities in connection with its insurance business. The company operates an emotional support camp for children with developmental disabilities, funded by accumulating 0.5% of the initial premium of the 'KB Geumjjok-like Child Insurance.' Since 2022, it has also been supporting sensory integration therapy rooms to help improve the interaction skills of children with developmental disabilities.
