Located on the fourth floor of the Osu Haengbok Nuriwon, the library houses a collection of 40,000 books, a children's materials room, a general materials room, a focused study room, and a program room. To celebrate its reopening and to encourage local residents to use the library, Osu County Library will host a variety of events from this month through next month.

The events on April 25 will include a caricature experience, a nostalgic spinning wheel event, and a picture book drawing contest. Participation is limited to visitors to the library on the reopening day.

On April 26, a cultural performance titled "The Magician Who Reads Books," which is designed for families to enjoy together, will be offered. Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis through the library's website or by phone. In addition, the library will operate a special amnesty program to reinstate users whose borrowing privileges have been suspended or who are overdue, as well as a book curation exhibition in celebration of Family Month. For more details, please refer to the Imsil County Library website.

County Governor Shim Min stated, "We expect Osu County Library to nurture the dreams of children, serve as a repository of knowledge for adults, and become a space for sharing the experiences and wisdom of seniors, thereby driving positive change in the community." He added, "We will continue to do our best to plan programs that combine books and culture, establishing the library as a cultural hub for the region."
