National Medical Center Achieves Highest Rating in 2024 Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey

High Marks in 'Social Responsibility' and 'Service Quality' Categories

The National Medical Center was selected as an 'Excellent' institution, the highest grade, in the '2024 Public Institution Customer Satisfaction' survey conducted by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

According to the National Medical Center on the 17th, this survey was conducted on a total of 182 public institutions through questionnaires regarding service quality, social responsibility, and overall satisfaction.


The National Medical Center achieved a 100% fulfillment of all business goals, including medical services and educational projects, earning the 'Excellent' grade.


In particular, despite ongoing medical disputes, efforts to improve the inpatient-centered information provision system?such as partial guidance on ward rounds and enhanced medication information?were recognized, resulting in high evaluations in the areas of 'social responsibility' and 'service quality.'


Seo Gil-jun, director of the National Medical Center, stated, "This result recognizes the dedication of our employees who strived to fulfill their responsibilities as a public medical institution despite the challenging medical environment. Encouraged by this 'Excellent' institution selection, we will continue to prioritize customer satisfaction and achieve continuous innovation in medical services."
