Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 17th that it has decided to link its rental housing smart home platform 'Homes' with Samsung Electronics' home appliance platform 'SmartThings Pro.'
By linking the two platforms, it will be possible to manage various Samsung Electronics home appliances such as air conditioners, washing machines, dryers, and robot vacuum cleaners in LH rental housing through Homes. Homes is an application that allows residents to remotely control various living environment features such as lighting, heating, and ventilation within rental housing. It was first introduced in 2023 at the Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town S-10 block. Last year, it was applied to 2,154 households across 12 complexes.
