For Health Subcenters, Health Clinics, and Public Health Doctors
The Jangsu County Public Health Medical Center in North Jeolla Province announced on the 17th that it had conducted kindness training for staff at health subcenters, health clinics, and public health doctors to improve patient service.
This training was organized to emphasize the importance of communication in building positive relationships and trust with patients, and to help staff respond more effectively in real-life service situations.

The training covered practical topics such as ▲precautions when handling civil complaints ▲telephone and face-to-face service guidelines ▲methods of expressing empathy, and participants learned how to provide friendly service through various case studies.
Park Jeomsuk, head of the Health Projects Division, said, "Through continuous kindness training, we will increase the satisfaction of patients and civil petitioners, and furthermore, create a public health environment that all county residents can trust."
Meanwhile, the Jangsu County Public Health Medical Center plans to strengthen staff capabilities through regular training and do its best to provide patient-centered medical services.
