"Showing True High-End" DL E&C Unveils Specialized Design for 'Acro Hannam' Perspective view of Acro Hannam. Provided by DL E&C.

On the 16th, DL E&C announced plans to create a top-tier residential complex in Hannam 5 District that matches the prestigious location of Hannam-dong. The name proposed by DL E&C for the complex is 'ACRO Hannam'. This naming maximizes brand value by considering the area's historical significance, symbolism, and views of the Han River.

Under the theme of 'What is true high-end?', DL E&C proposed a specialized design for 'ACRO Hannam'. The strategy includes ▲overwhelming Han River views ▲floor plans focused on medium to large units ▲biophilic design that brings nature indoors ▲a timeless concept that maintains value over time. Notably, 1,670 units, accounting for 96% of the total households, are designed to have Han River views. The proportion of medium to large units with exclusive areas of 84㎡ or more reaches 74%, the highest level compared to other districts within Hannam New Town.

The space composition themed on harmony with nature also stands out. A representative example is the large indoor garden called 'ACRO Garden House'. Applying biophilic design that deeply incorporates nature even within the urban environment, it is designed as a space that provides daily resilience within the complex. Additionally, the 'two-sided open panorama house' and 'step terrace house' maximize visual connectivity with the Han River while simultaneously elevating the quality of living. The community facilities within the complex also emphasize integrated design of landscaping and resting spaces based on a premium concept.

Park Sang-shin, CEO of DL E&C, stated, "To maximize the value of Hannam 5 District, which boasts the best location and Han River views, we will mobilize all the capabilities of DL E&C and the ACRO brand. Having prepared thoroughly over a long period, we will avoid the internal conflicts experienced by other districts after winning contracts and will respond with swift project progress to establish the best high-end residential complex in Korea."

Meanwhile, DL E&C virtually secured the construction rights by participating solely in the private contract bidding for Hannam 5 District, which closed on the 15th. Since the previous two competitive bids were both canceled due to DL E&C being the sole bidder, this private contract bidding is regarded as the actual confirmation procedure. The association plans to hold a general meeting on the 31st of next month to make the final selection of the construction company.

ACRO Hannam is planned to consist of 44 buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to 22 above-ground floors, with a total of 2,401 apartment units and 146 officetel units. The total construction cost is approximately 1.7584 trillion KRW, making it the largest scale within Hannam New Town. Following the Yeonhui 2 District project (approximately 399.9 billion KRW) this year, DL E&C is on the verge of surpassing 2 trillion KRW in cumulative redevelopment project orders.
