Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon-gu, Inspects Bulamsan Azalea Hill Ahead of 2025 Azalea Festival

On the afternoon of the 16th, Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon District, visited the Azalea Hill in Bulamsan Healing Town to check the flower blooming status and on-site preparations ahead of the 2025 Azalea Festival.

The on-site inspection was conducted to confirm the blooming status and management condition of the azalea flowers, as well as to check the overall readiness of the site facilities, including visitor routes and safety equipment.

Following a sudden significant drop in temperature on the 14th, the district had already implemented protective measures by covering unopened flower buds with non-woven fabric and plastic sheets to prevent cold damage.

On this day, the management status of these preliminary measures was inspected, along with monitoring the progress of the azalea blooming.

Mayor Oh personally toured the site, carefully examining the condition of the flower buds, and discussed the overall preparation status with officials to ensure that visitors to the azalea festival can enjoy the event in a safe and pleasant environment.
