This event was a joint promotional campaign with related organizations, attended by about 70 people including the governor of Gijang-gun, officials from the county, Gijang Police Station, Green Mothers' Association, Model Drivers' Association, as well as students and staff of Dalsan Elementary School. The campaign aimed to promote children's traffic safety and encourage the use of public transportation.

The campaign was held at an intersection with heavy vehicle traffic during school and work commuting hours, allowing more drivers and residents to become aware of children's traffic safety and the importance of using public transportation.

Participants emphasized the importance of protecting children with the slogan "Stop First, Let the Child Go First," urging safe driving and the establishment of a pedestrian-first culture in children's protection zones. They also spread messages to alleviate traffic congestion and reduce carbon emissions through the use of public transportation, encouraging active participation from residents to create a public transportation-friendly city.

Governor Jung Jongbok stated, "This joint campaign with related organizations is a venue for community members to practice traffic safety together," and added, "We will take the lead in ensuring children's safety and creating a pleasant traffic environment through continuous cooperation and efforts with the local community."
