IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 16th that it received the highest grade, Excellent, in the 2024 Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey announced by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
The Ministry of Economy and Finance conducts and announces an annual survey on user satisfaction with public institution services in accordance with the "Act on the Management of Public Institutions." This year, the survey was conducted on a total of 182 public institutions, evaluating service quality, customer response, and usage environment.
Among the evaluation categories, Industrial Bank received the highest rating in the core role of "corporate loans." Additionally, in the detailed evaluation categories, the "interaction with customers" section awarded high scores for employees' customer service capabilities, and the "user environment convenience" section received positive evaluations for a pleasant consultation environment.
Industrial Bank stated that it was able to receive a higher rating compared to last year through various efforts to improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction, including ▲ conducting internal satisfaction surveys twice a year ▲ expanding financial consumer protection and CS training for all employees ▲ establishing a "Customer Voice Assetization" process for prompt and efficient collection of customer feedback and system improvements ▲ operating companion counters for financially vulnerable groups.
An Industrial Bank official said, "This evaluation is a meaningful result based on trust with our customers," and added, "We will continue to do our best to become a more trusted policy financial institution through continuous service improvements and customer-tailored support."
