Commercial Space within 'Uiwang Gocheon Dietre' Complex Composed of Entire First Floor Units, Scheduled for Public Bidding This Month

The commercial spaces within the complex are known as "invincible commercial facilities" due to their stable underlying demand even amid economic downturns. In this context, a public auction for the commercial spaces in the "Uiwang Gocheon District Dietre Central" complex is scheduled to take place on the 25th (Friday). The auction will be held at the Dietre model house located in Cheoncheon-dong, Jangan-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do.


Applications to participate in this auction will be accepted on the 25th (Friday) from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM for one hour, followed by the bidding, bid opening, and contract signing in sequence. The bid deposit is 10 million KRW per unit. There is no limit to the number of units one person can apply for, but duplicate applications by the same individual for the same unit are not allowed.

The complex has a fixed demand from 492 resident households and an additional abundant underlying demand from about 1,770 households nearby. Furthermore, all units are located on the first floor, making them advantageous for businesses such as convenience stores, laundromats, and franchise cafes that cater to daily life. Additionally, an elementary school (targeted for March 2026) is located right next to the commercial spaces within the complex, allowing for abundant foot traffic linked to the school’s commuting zone, making it convenient to operate businesses like stationery stores and snack shops.

The complex is scheduled for move-in this October, allowing resale and quick profit realization after contract signing. Moreover, there are no interim payments, so after paying the 10% down payment, no additional payments are required until the balance payment, making it a low-burden investment.
