The 'Population Issue Awareness Improvement Relay Campaign,' jointly organized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Human Resources Development Institute for Health and Welfare, is conducted by having public institutions post certification photos on their official SNS accounts and nominate the next participant, with the aim of raising social awareness about population decline and aging issues.
President Shin participated in the campaign after being nominated by Lee Seongrim, President of Busan Facilities Corporation, and posted a certification photo on the corporation's official SNS account.
Shin Changho stated, "The population issue is a core challenge deeply connected to the corporation's major business areas, such as housing, welfare, and urban planning," and added, "Busan Urban Corporation will do its utmost to fulfill its social role in responding to population decline and establishing a sustainable urban foundation."
For the next participants in the relay campaign, Shin Changho nominated Lee Geunhee, President of Busan Environmental Corporation, and Song Samjong, Director of the National Busan Science Center.
