Coway announced on the 16th that it has launched the eco-friendly power-free water purifier, the 'Switch Water Purifier.'
The Switch Water Purifier is a countertop model that can be switched between horizontal and vertical orientations to match the surrounding environment and interior design. With a slim design of 11 cm in width, it can be installed without burden even in narrow kitchens. Coway plans to release a built-in type installation kit in the future, allowing the main unit to be placed under the sink to make better use of kitchen space.
This new product is especially notable as a power-free water purifier that can be used without a separate power cord, eliminating restrictions on installation location and concerns about electricity costs. Since it does not use electricity, it enables energy savings as well as environmentally friendly use. The extraction handle allows easy adjustment of the water output, making it simple for anyone to use. The new product is available in four colors: Dark Gray, Porcelain White, Cream Beige, and Truffle Silver.
Equipped with a Nano Trap filter system, it allows consumption without worries about various harmful substances such as viruses, bacteria, and heavy metals. When used as a horizontal or vertical countertop model, the faucet and drip tray can be easily separated for cleaning, enabling hygienic management.
The product management method can be chosen according to customer preference. For those who want professional maintenance services, service experts visit every six months to precisely manage the interior and exterior of the product, including filter replacement. For customers who prefer self-management, filters and self-management kits are delivered every six months.
This new product also received the highest grade, 'Grand Gold,' in the Water Taste Quality (WTQ) certification, organized by the Korea International Sommelier Association, recognizing its excellent water taste.
