Gocheok Prugio Hillstate, 576 Units for General Sale Next Month

Daewoo E&C and Hyundai Engineering Consortium announced on the 16th that they will launch sales of 'Gocheok Prugio Hillstate' next month. This apartment complex is part of the Gocheok 4 District Housing Redevelopment Project and consists of 10 buildings with 3 basement floors and 25 above-ground floors, totaling 983 units. Among these, 576 units with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡ will be available for general sale.

This is the first joint project by the two construction companies in Seoul, and according to the companies, it is the first time in 18 years that a large construction brand apartment is being built in the Gocheok-dong area, one of the redevelopment sites in the southwestern part of Seoul. Residents can access both Gaebong Station on Subway Line 1 and Yangcheon-gu Office Station on Line 2. The location also offers good accessibility to downtown via major roads such as Gyeongin-ro and Nambu Sunhwan-ro. Large commercial, medical, and public facilities are concentrated nearby, and parks are also close. Prestigious elementary, middle, and high schools are adjacent, and it is convenient to attend the Mokdong academy district. It is known that there are over 500 academies centered around the Mokdong New Town apartment complexes.

The complex is mainly oriented southward, with floor plans designed primarily in a slab-type layout. There will be no vehicles on the ground level within the complex, which will be designed as a park-like area. The green space ratio is about 30%, and there are 1.39 parking spaces per household. A specialized design including an alpha room is applied to the highly demanded 84㎡ units. Shared facilities for residents will include a daycare center, a small library, a reading room, and a fitness center. A guest house and a sky lounge are also planned. Neighborhood living facilities for shopping and dining will be established within the complex. The model house will be set up in the Gocheok-dong area.
