Zigzag Expands Fast Delivery Service to 7 Days a Week
Saturday Orders Now Delivered on Sundays

Kakao Style's platform 'Zigzag' announced on the 16th that it will officially open a 7-day-a-week delivery system for its fast delivery service 'Jikjin Delivery'.

Jikjin Delivery is a fast delivery service that allows customers to receive products the next day if they order before midnight. Currently, it operates in three categories: ▲general delivery nationwide (next-day arrival if ordered before midnight) ▲same-day delivery for some areas in Seoul, Gyeongin, Cheonan, and Asan (same-day arrival if ordered before 1 PM) ▲dawn delivery in Seoul (next-morning arrival if ordered before 10 PM).

The 7-day delivery service has been introduced for the 'general delivery nationwide' category. The service, which guaranteed next-day arrival for orders placed before midnight on weekdays, will now be extended to weekends. From now on, if payment is made before 10 PM on Saturday and Sunday, customers can receive their products the next day.

The 7-day delivery service of Jikjin Delivery is currently operated nationwide excluding towns and townships in partnership with CJ Logistics. About 80% of the delivery zones within the existing Jikjin Delivery service area can use the 7-day delivery service. Zigzag plans to continuously review expanding delivery companies and delivery zones.

Zigzag expects demand for Jikjin Delivery to increase further with the introduction of weekend delivery. In fact, the transaction amount for fast delivery within Zigzag has been increasing every year. In the first quarter of this year, the transaction amount for Jikjin Delivery increased by 40% compared to the same period last year.

A Kakao Style official said, "Jikjin Delivery, which leads innovation in fast delivery in the fashion sector, has officially introduced the 7-day delivery system following the expansion of product categories and quick delivery zones. We expect that the introduction of 7-day delivery will provide a convenient shopping experience for customers and an opportunity for sales growth for partner stores."
